Wells Fargo Core Bond Fund - Name Change Announcement

Wells Fargo Asset Management recently announced a rebranding of their mutual fund business, as a part of their sale to GTCR LLC and Reverence Capital Partners. Effective on or about December 6th, all of their mutual funds will drop the Wells Fargo name and will be rebranded as Allspring. This will result in a name change to the Wells Fargo Core Bond fund, which we utilize in the majority of our mutual fund and hybrid investment strategies. The change is in name only, it will not be a taxable event, and it is not expected to have any impact on the fund’s investment strategy or management team. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to a member of iCM’s Advisor Services team.
